Tire Pressure Adjustment System

AgriBrink’s Tire Pressure Adjustment system is an on-the-go tire pressure adjustment system features very rapid deflation while turning into the field.

The Tire Pressure Adjustment system can automatically inflate or deflate tires without leaving the tractor, allowing the farmer to adjust their pressure from the fields to the roads and back again. By reducing the tire pressure, the tires footprint widens and lengthens and this increases surface area and reduces soil compaction.

The Tire Pressure Adjustment system is not only fast, but also very versatile. It has a manual override should any part of the control system fail, meaning no down time will be experienced. The unit can be moved to other implements (large square baler, grain buggy, solid manure spreaders, etc.) very easily with a quick attach table that requires only 4 bolts.

In Cab Monitor

Easily program desired high/med/low tire pressure settings Operated with ISOBUS which shows up as a page on the cab screen Simple toggle switch pressure selection If there...

Air Compressor

The air compressor included in our system, re-inflates tires with 200 & 100 CFM screw compressors. < BACK...

Storage Tank

Our power-coated storage tanks contain enough air to inflate tires for safe road speed. < BACK...

Inner Swivel Rim Design

We use proven North American-made swivels (inner swivel, drilled axil) and release valves. The air rapidly exits the release valves for fast tire deflation. < BACK...

Easy to Control

Our system is equipped with a manual override so you won’t be stranded in the field in the event of an electrical failure. Designed for ISOBUS control...

Benefits

Reduce Soil Compaction

AgriBrink’s Tire Pressure Adjustment system allows you to widen your application window and reduce soil compaction. < BACK  ...

Protect Soil Structure

Heavy equipment can compact soil and damage the soil structure, which lowers yields. When soil compaction occurs you are also increasing fuel consumption and time loss. <...

Increase Yield

“If you repeatedly go over more than 15psi on the top soil, you will lose yield approximately 5% each year… so you will up to have 20...

Reduce Tire Wear

Proper tire inflation for your ag equipment will result in reduced repair and replacement costs. Incorrect inflation pressure = uneven wear = tires that wear out faster...

Reduce Fuel Consumption

Tire manufacturers state: “Farmers can reduce fuel use in the field significantly, if they drop tire pressure.”  Reducing the tires inflation pressure decreases the driving wheel slip...
